William Harrison is President of THE HARRISON COMPANY. His thirty-five plus
years of broad real estate experience in the private sector
includes international development lending with Bank of America’s
World Banking Division, national real estate investment acquisitions
with The Century Properties Funds, local residential and land
development, selective brokerage, and regional commercial
development with The Trammell Crow Company.
A South
Carolina native, he was named the First Honor Graduate (valedictorian)
of his 1972 class at The Citadel with a BS degree in Physics.
He subsequently attended the International Business Studies
graduate program at the University of South Carolina in 1976.
From there he went on to earn an MBA degree from the Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1978 with a concentration
in international finance and real estate.
Currently,
in addition to his responsibilities with THE HARRISON COMPANY,
Mr. Harrison serves as Faculty Lecturer of Real Estate Finance,
Investments, and Principles at The University of South Carolina. |
