Assisted the assemblage and managed the construction of a 500-acre, multi-phase residential land development. On-site experience also included apartment and condominium construction and single family subdivision development.
Negotiated key components of a successful creditor/developer workout of a large planned unit development over the course of the 1974-1975 real estate recession. Garnered first real
estate development experience as an assistant to one of the original partners in the development of Palmetto Dunes Resort on Hilton Head Island, S.C.
