This experience and expertise ranges over thirty-five years across an uncharacteristically broad spectrum of real estate activity … from income property acquisitions to commercial development … from international development banking to residential construction and land development … from brokerage to consulting … and from a perspective among  the largest real estate players in the world to that of a small personal corporation. This experiential knowledge of real estate has been augmented by a solid background of graduate study at The Wharton School, and by the synergy of ongoing academic lecturing in real estate principles, finance, and investment at the University of South Carolina’s internationally recognized Darla Moore School of Business.
