THE
HARRISON COMPANY does not actively position itself as a transactional,
commission-based brokerage firm. Nevertheless, William
Harrison, its principal, has held real estate licenses for
over thirty years and currently maintains brokerage licenses
in both South Carolina and Georgia. In certain situations
the firm does take on transactional assignments when there
is a component to the anticipated buy, sell, or lease transaction
that requires a skill set not widely available in the local
brokerage community. Examples might include:

typically “specialize.” In fact, THE HARRISON
COMPANY does on occasion provide client advice as to the competitive
selection of such firms.
