Engagements of this type are as varied as there are clients issues, and problems, and are limited only by the expertise of the firm … which is quite broad. Typical engagements might include many of those enumerated on the Home Page “Value Focused” section of this website, yet it is the ability to tackle the "atypical" dilemma which often sets the company apart from its competition. In offering these services THE HARRISON COMPANY strives to bridge two gaps … the “affordability gap” for smaller or mid-sized clients … and the “conflict of interest gap,” often inherent in reliance on advise from traditional commission-based  real estate firms. Compensation is customarily based upon an hourly-rate contract, although there are occasions for “set-price” arrangements for well-defined and readily evaluated scopes of work.
