Role: Development Management Services Project description: Real Estate Sales Center in a neo-traditional urban village setting Size: 11,000 Square Feet Project Cost: $2,000,000
Challenge: This center was among the first vertical development groundbreakings in a 4,000 acre new-urban community of 15,000 residents. As such it was expected to set the design and quality standards for architecture and construction for the next fifteen years. The center would also be an effective display, information, and marketing component of a cutting edge sales program. And finally, the Center would serve as the initial “anchor” for one of two neo-traditional villages on the island.
Outcome:
Regarded as one of the “best of class” centers of its genre
