Project description: North American Office Headquarters for a Dutch multi-national industrial products firm

Size:     50,000 Square Feet

Project Cost: $7,000,000

Challenge:  Pursuit of the development award for fifteen months and the securing of such from 27 other regional competitors

	Extensive and intense lease negotiations with Tenant attorneys
	Design of a 50,000 single-story office center to a corporate culture striving to avoid “hierarchy” in the workplace

Outcome: Won the project award and completed a successful design and entitlement process on schedule
